I'm a husband, dad of four, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. I founded Intentional Living FP because I believe money is simply a resource to help you live the life you want — and I wanted to build a firm that operates that way. My job, in its simplest terms, is to live anywhere and everywhere your life and your money intersect — to serve as a guide through the big decisions, the complicated ones, and the ones you didn't even know were coming.

What I Do

I work with individuals and families whose financial lives have enough moving parts that comprehensive planning brings real value. I'm less concerned with a specific dollar amount and more interested in whether you have the kind of financial complexity — income sources, business interests, real estate, tax situations, estate needs — where working together would make a meaningful difference. I don't just manage investments. I build comprehensive financial plans that start with what you value most and work backward from there.

How I Think About Planning

Every client relationship starts with three questions that have nothing to do with money. I want to know who you are before I look at your balance sheet. From there, we build a Statement of Financial Purpose — a sentence that captures what your money is for. That statement becomes the filter for every decision that follows. The plan itself isn't a 50-page binder. It's a clear, simple document with specific action items. And then we actually do the work together — through focused sprints, proactive meetings, and constant availability.

Outside the Office

I live in New Braunfels, Texas with my wife Kendra and our four kids — Atticus, Asher, Arlo, and Adeleine. When I'm not building financial plans, you'll find me spending time with my family, reading, or on a family adventure.

Let's Talk

If you found me through a podcast, a conference, an article, or a friend — I'd love to hear from you. The first step is always a 15-minute conversation. No pitch, no pressure — just a real conversation about what's going on in your financial life and whether I can help.

Because I work with a limited number of clients, I'm selective about who I take on — not because I'm exclusive, but because every client deserves my full attention. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you — and I'll help you find someone who is.
